Shipping is FREE on all orders over $39, within the continental USA only (military bases included).
US - Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping (FREE with orders over $39)
- Orders may be shipped via USPS First Class or UPS Ground depending on weight of item.
- Once orders ship, estimated delivery is between 2-6business days in the continental US.
- Once orders ship, estimated delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Military addresses can be up to 6 weeks, unless Priority Mail is selected.
- Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Once order ships, the estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days depending on the destination.
PS: Within the continental U.S., we ship via UPS and several other premium carriers that require physical addresses for delivery and therefore are unable to deliver packages to P.O. boxes.
Shipping costs are determined by weight and Free Shipping does not apply.
- We ship via USPS First Class Mail (Canada Only), Priority Mail International, and USPS Express Mail Shipping.
- USPS First Class Mail International delivers in 10-14 business days. USPS Priority Mail International delivers in 6-10 business days. USPS Express Mail delivers in 3-5 business days.
- Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. If you are not sure if your country levies additional import taxes please contact your local post office, UPS office or customs department.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed on a weekday will ship that day or the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will generally ship on Monday.
Out of Stock
If there is a problem with your order such as if an item is out of stock, or if we require more information to process your order, you will be contacted by email within 2 business days .
We will follow-up with an email to you immediately after shipping, to provide you with a tracking number for your shipment so you will know when to expect its arrival!
If you would like to see the status of your order, simply log in to My Account to view the status of your order. You may also email us email@example.com if you are having problems with your order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Many orders ship out the same day or the very next morning so please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order you just placed. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
- Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the United States.
- If your package is very large or heavy or if your location is remote, you may be contacted to discuss an extra shipping fee.
Our store will happily accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date on any unwashed, unused items, in as-new condition. We provide full refunds minus shipping costs and charge a restocking and processing fee of 5%. Due to the nature of the items, we regret that we cannot accept any returns on used or washed diapers or diapering accessories. We refuse a return if the item is not in its original new condition with all packaging intact.
Final Sale or Clearance Items. These items cannot be returned/exchanged. No exceptions!
If a return is required, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending any items back. We will provide you a return authorization number.
Please include the following information with your return shipment:
- Return authorization number
- Copy of your order confirmation or your original sales receipt
- Your name and contact information
Any shipping charges incurred for the return are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping service that will provide package tracking and delivery confirmation. Our store cannot be held responsible for items lost on their way back to us.
